The hotel offers spacious rooms with a fabulous view of the nature park, though being on the ground floor can be noisy at times. The service was amazing and very helpful, especially from Thomas Cook's rep Bryan. The location is great, with easy access to a big supermarket across the road and the beach just a short walk away. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety available. The facilities are well-maintained, including a pirate pool and smaller pool for kids.
